Returns & Exchanges Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality products that we hope you’ll enjoy using. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or exchange an item.

Unwanted Purchases / Right to Cancel

• You must notify us of your intent to cancel within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including all parts, accessories, original packaging, and the invoice.
• A full refund of the product cost will be processed.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

Faulty Products

• Notify us as soon as a fault develops. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
• If a fault occurs within 30 days of purchase, we will send a replacement after receiving and verifying the returned item.
• If a fault occurs after 30 days but within the warranty period, we may, at our discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or refund after verification of the fault.
• No refund or exchange will be issued if:
  • The item is found to have no manufacturing fault.
  • The fault is due to customer misuse or excessive wear beyond normal use.
  • The item has been altered or modified.
• Replacements are subject to stock availability at the time of processing.

Incorrect Orders / Substitutes

• If you receive an incorrect or substituted item, please accept our apologies and contact us immediately.
• Return the item in its original condition. Upon receipt and stock availability, we will either ship the correct item or issue a full refund.
• Return postage costs will be refunded.

General Terms

• For all returns, include:
  • The reason for return or details of the fault.
  • Your order number, email address, and username.
  • Your preference for a replacement or refund.
  • A daytime contact number in case we need further details.
• Processing times:
  • Allow up to 7 working days for testing and processing returns.
  • Allow up to 21 working days for repairs.

Industrial Batteries

Under the Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations 2009, we produce lead-acid industrial batteries. As a producer, we are obligated to accept waste industrial batteries from customers and end users free of charge for recycling and treatment.
