Refund policy

Online Purchases Only

We offer a 30-day return policy for online purchases. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. An order number or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (special orders or personalised items)
  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure about the eligibility of your item, please contact us before returning it.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us via our Customer Services page.

In-Store Purchases Only

Refunds and exchanges are available on products returned within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

Valid proof of purchase includes:

  • Till receipt
  • Bank statement
  • Credit or debit card statement

Refunds

  • Credit or debit card: please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Gift card or money card: refunds will be returned to the same card

 

Please note: Online purchases cannot be returned in-store.
