Unfortunately, we no longer offer a helium filling service for balloons not purchased in MrPRICE.

Yes, we, Mr. PRICE, offer customers an exchange for unopened purchases made in-store. Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. The item must be returned with a valid proof of purchase and in its original condition.

For health and hygiene reasons, food, jewellery, liquids, clothing, and other items from time to time are excluded.

This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Can I return an unopened product after the 7-day return period has expired?
This will be at the sole discretion of the manager of the store from which the product was purchased. Please get in touch with the store manager directly.

Does the product have to be returned to the same MrPRICE store from which it was purchased in order to receive a refund or exchange or can it be returned to any store

You can return the product(s) to any MrPRICE store.

The product I purchased is faulty, what can I do?
Please take the product with your valid till receipt or other proof of purchase to your nearest MrPRICE store, for the attention of the Store Manager who will be able to assist you further.
